Eligibility

• Open to third-year undergraduate architecture and engineering students and above from Kuwait’s public and private universities (students must have completed at least 30% of the required credits for their degree).
• Minimum GPA: 2.75.
• Demonstrated interest in renewable energy.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Completion of the official application form.

• Full availability to attend all scheduled sessions throughout the program.
• Adherence to all safety procedures and protocols, especially during tours and field trips.
• Commitment to actively participate in all program activities, including group discussions, and final group project.
• Respect for all program guidelines and code of conduct, including maintaining a professional attitude during sessions and field trips.
• Responsibility for securing any necessary permissions or approvals (e.g., from university or guardians) to participate in external activities, if applicable.
• Prompt communication in case of any absences or emergencies, which must be justified and discussed with the program organizers.
• Completion of program-related surveys and feedback forms to help improve future iterations of the program.

• Complete and submit the application form along with all required documents by 23rd December 2024.
• A blind evaluation will be conducted by an independent committee to select participants based on merit, academic diversity, and demonstrated motivation.
• Accepted students will be notified and required to sign a Terms & Conditions agreement to confirm their participation in the program.
• Waitlisted applicants will be informed in a timely manner and contacted if any spots become available.
